By commissioning me you automatically accept all of my Terms and Conditions below!

inquiries

  • I reserve the right to decline any commissions proposed for any reason.

  • You MUST have a visual reference sheet of your character.

  • I am not responsible for any error in the commission for information that is not mentioned by you or is wrong.

  • Complex character designs may increase the price I quote you.

  • NO Horror/Nightmare fuel characters.

  • NO underaged characters.

YCHs

  • 100% payment upfront.

  • No refunds unless I have to cancel your commission for any reason.

  • I will still send you WIPs to make sure every detail on your character is correct.

payment/refund

  • PayPal, CashApp, or Zelle in USD only.

  • If you want to cancel your commission, you must let me know before I start the Flat Color Phase.

  • If I decide to cancel your commission for any reason and you were respectful as my client, I will refund you 100% of your money.

  • If you are rude/disrespectful to me as my client, I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time WITHOUT a refund.

  • I am allowed to change my prices at any time. (This will not change our agreed upon price.)

usage

  • You CAN NOT use my art or your finished commission for commercial use. This includes, but is not limited to: selling prints/products of any kind, NFTs, etc.

  • You CAN NOT use my art in anything AI related at all.

  • You ARE ALLOWED to make small alterations to your finished commission if there is a detail you or I forgot to include.

  • You ARE ALLOWED to use your finished commission for personal reasons. This is limited to a profile picture, banner, and/or wallpaper

  • I reserve the right to use your finished commission on my various social medias for advertising purposes and other reasons unless you specifically tell me not to.

  • If you repost my art anywhere, you are required to include a link to my BlueSky and/or Furaffinity.
